Animation of a franchise network

It is the quality of the ongoing relationship between the franchisor and the franchisee that is key within a successful franchise. The animation quality is the permanent quality of the relationship between the franchisor and its franchisees.

Animation is a set of skills and tools developed by the franchisor to organize and energize the operation and interdependence between network members. This interdependence generates the principle of synergy.

The homogeneity of the network also depends on the effectiveness of the methods used by the franchisor for the transfer of specific know-how and its evolution, and compliance with the procedures to enforce within the network.

The animation of a network provides provisions to franchisees of an essential channel of information for the sale of products or services offered by the company:
-     information on the submission of products for sale
-     processing under service
-    consistency
-    administrative and financial management
-     organization and structure of the company
-     the operating account
-     the PLV (Point of sale promotion)
-    the establishment of advertising tools and coexistence with the merchant sites of franchisors


Why all this?

How does one evaluate a good franchise? Possibly by the number of franchisees who pay proper royalties. Using the 80/20 rule, we need 80% of the network of franchisees to  pay their royalties on time. Otherwise, it means that the franchise had a serious structural problem.
