Hello, you are a candidate franchisee, you want to finally be your own boss, independent but still connected to a dynamic structure and having a true knowledge of success, welcome to the world of franchising.
 We tried to make a really good selection of franchises. This section can serve as a guide in the labyrinth of franchising. This heading could be the "Gault & Millau" or the "Michelin Guide" of franchises.

The  four criteria for buying a franchise on the franchisor’s side are the following:

 a) Is the commercial idea at the origin of the franchise concept will give you a few years ahead of the competition?

 b) Will the franchise generate 20% of the IRR (internal rate of return on your investment)?
 The franchise is also a financial product, your capital (loan excluded) must be remunerated at  around 20%.

d) A franchisor is a team : will you feel attracted by the personality of the franchisor and his team:
     1) by their professionalism
     2) in their desire to avoid the lies (bluffing)
     3) by their sense of humor
The four objective criteria  of success in franchise on the franchisee’s side:


 a) sufficient capital
 b) A location in line with the criteria of the concept
 c) certain commercial qualities
 d) An great work capacity (good health + good family balance)
